Quality and service were top rate.Great product that feels really good against your skinFits thicker mattresses well. Does not slip off.It is a nice sheet set if you like sheets that are slippery. I don't like how the sheets cause all my bedding to slide all over the bed.Nothing at all like other bamboo sheets I've tried. Feels more like cheap satin. Sheets and blankets slide all over the place. Definitely not deep pockets. My mattress is not thick and these barely fit. Couldn't be more disappointed.I got this sheet set for my son’s room. It fit his full size mattress with a foam topper well. The material itself felt a little cheaper than expected. I can see how it was meant to feel silky, but only got halfway there, so kind of makes this scratchy noise when you move the sheets around. Not sure if that makes sense! I would just qualify it as a moderate quality material. One other thing to note is that because it is meant to be a silky-type material, it does slip off the corners when you sleep (i.e., does not grip the mattress corners tight). Then again, my son rolls around in his sleep so maybe it may not be a big issue for other sleepers!These sheets are great. Work as advertised, they truly keep you cool. The color is nice, not muted and not too bold. They are very silky so you will slide on these easily. And the fitted sheet slides off the mattress every other day, but only on one corner at a time. So these sheets need the corner grips to keep it in place. Only negative I've come across. Otherwise a perfect sheet!
