I spent my budget for my new bed on the mattress, pillows, sheets, and blanket because I was upgrading from a queen to a king. As a result, I didn't want to spend a lot on the frame, but wanted something upholstered. After reading reviews, I bought this Zinus bedframe and am pleasantly surprised. Like a lot of online furniture pieces these days, this arrived with components (steel and slats) tucked nicely into the headboard and zipped in. After unpacking, it took about 30 minutes to put together by myself.It comes with the tools necessary, some extra hardware, and clear instructions. The zipper portion on the back of the headboard could be a secret stash for all that cash you saved, as this could easily go for more money if you bought it from a furniture store and had someone assemble it for you.Highly recommended!
