The picture of the product misrepresented the actual size of the bunk bed, making it appear to be taller than it is, especially in regard to head space on the bottom bunk. It is not possible for a person 5’ tall to even sit on the bottom bunk. Additionally, the information given in product description said that the weight limit on top bunk is 480 lbs., 600 on the bottom, and 400 on the trundle. There is a safety sticker on top bunk that says maximum weight is 250 lbs.! We are disappointed that the product was misrepresented.The beds came in two shipments and they provided both tracking numbers. It was originally missing pieces for the ladder and they addressed this problem immediately and sent replacement parts in a timely manner. They are very prompt in their communications and the product is a great value for my growing girls. They love their new beds! Thank you so much for everything...I am impressed how sturdy this bed is. Also the vendor is very quick and responding to any questions you have and solving any issues. We were missing a wheel for the trundle and within a day they had a new one shipped out. Very pleased.NOT AS ADVERTISED. I purchased two sets of these beds because the weight limit was listed as 480/600/400. When we put them together, they have a sticker listing max weight as 250. When a 237 pound person laid on the top bunk, the people in the bottom bunk were terrified because the boards bowed so badly. There is no way the top bunk could hold 480 pounds. I contacted the company and they responded that the sticker was incorrect.There is no way These beds would hold the weight advertised.
