This A/C is very nice, relatively compact for its rating, and works very well while not being too loud. Should the internals freeze or become too cold, it had a saftey defrost mode built in which is also very nice. The drain hose included isn't the best and for my application way too long but cutting it short would run the risk of not being able to use it. The window kid provided is also on the larger side which limits the size window it can be put in, luckily for my application my window is a perfect fit. The remote has a small LCD display to show what setting its on and temp its set for, however its hard to read in dim light. The remote could use a backlit screen and a little more detail, some settings arent even labeled on the screen of the remote. All n all a wonderful purchase for the price I paid.
